Terms of Service

Welcome to Testver Support. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Testver support platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@testver.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You may not share your account, transfer it, or allow another person to use it under your credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
  • Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service or other users' devices.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures.
  • Interfere with the Service, overload it with automated requests, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
  • Scrape, mirror, or republish content from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or chain letters.

4. Your content

When you submit issues, questions, answers, articles, comments, or other content (“Your Content”) to the Service:

  • You retain ownership of Your Content.
  • You grant Testver Support a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on the Service for the purpose of operating it.
  • You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, remove or moderate Your Content if it violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, logos, and original content produced by Testver — is owned by Testver or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

6. Moderation and account suspension

  • We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice when necessary to protect the Service or other users.
  • You may appeal any action taken against your account by contacting support@testver.com.
  • You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is subject to the retention rules described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, nor that any information provided through the Service is accurate, current, or complete. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTVER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months for the Service, or (b) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Testver and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Testver's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at that location.
